"HAT" defines our Values , which we always try to wear when we create anything

How Come ?

How Come ?

They are the foundations of everything we do and they are simply Human

Can you imagine if you worked all day as a self employed truck driver and then you were given your wage and it only contained 75% of what the customer told you, that they paid to get the work done; would you be happy with that ?

Then you give the DriverApp people or Comparison site people a call asking why you havent been paid everything the customer paid, becaue youre the one who has done the work, carrying boxes, loading, unloading, youre the one who has to pay the fuel and your helpers, etc etc

They then turn around and say, "We took our cut as commission". Great right, you do all the work, but someone else gets a cut for doing not much of anything. Is that the way businesses should be operating ? we dont think so, If you do the work, its you who should be paid, directly by the load poster without a commission cut taken. If your happy with linning someone elses pocket, then OK .

Either way, we dont think thats the right way to do business and thats why one of our Values is, an:

The last US census conducted in 2020 (Every 10 Years a Census is conducted in the US) concluded that 25 to 27 Million people of different ages move Home each year in the USA.



I suppose the question is, How many of those Home Movers had access to a facility where they could simply post there Home move details on a Website, stating the size vehicle they needed, how many helpers, everything they needed for the move. and allow Home moving companies to place bids on there Home Move so that the Home Mover could choose a bid that is more within there budget and maybe a more competitive price. Saving multiple calls to Moving Companies, searching friends and family etc etc ? Yes you could go to comparison sites and get an automated quote which on the day the driver or company might know, nothing about

The number would probably be close to Zero
So if we told you that there are already closed Logisiics sites in the USA that have hundreds of transport providers, paying substantial annual subsciption fees both posting Loads and Looking for Work to fill there empty Trucks but your just not allowed to access them as a member of the General Public, how does that make you feel?

Why not, Why should you not have access to that kind of resource, potentially saving Home Movers a large amount of Money. It just doesnt seem right that everyone cant access those kind of resources.

The bottom line is that you can only access those sites if you pay sometimes, thousands of Dollars in Annual Subscription Fees and you are a registered Business. We still think thats unfair, if you do go to a DriverApp Company or Man and Van Comparison Site, youve got to ask yourself, how do these companies make money and the bottom line is, off the back of the Driver . The Organization physically performing the move, taking sometimes, substantial commision for just acting as an inbetween.

Thats why our second Core Value is:

• Access for Everyone

Because we believe that you too, should never be forced to pay more than you need to, just because you cant have access, Thats why weve created Flip A Load, for Everyone, including General Public, Truck Drivers, Haulers, and Retailers. A new idea where anyone can post a Load no matter how big or small, A House move, a courier, moving freight from one side of the country, anything goes at Flip A Load
