We (flipaload.com) provide only the Platform that enables you to post / publish your job requirements much like you would if you were posting a job on a social media network such as Facebook

We are not an employer of any type of transport provider and do not provide the Driver or the Driver Delivery Service

We do not vet drivers or transport providers; this is an open platform and it is the responsibility of the job / load poster / you, to complete any due diligence.

You acknowledge, accept and understand that by posting / publishing / accepting a job / load and paying our Website referral usage fee for each job / load that you post or confirm acceptance of, that the fee is purely for Website usage and is not a contract between flipaload.com and yourself to facilitate any form of transportation services.

You acknowledge, understand and accept the risk, that you may not receive any bids or equally a bid/s that you consider acceptable and therefore the Website usage fee paid for each job / load posted or accepted, does not guarantee any results that are to your satisfaction

You accept that the website usage fee is not transferable and is paid when posting / publishing / confirming acceptance of a single job / load whether successfully accepted or not

You acknowledge and accept that should you pay a non-mandatory subscription fee, that flipaload.com only provide this service as an alternative to Pay as You Go for a users convenience, and the subscription fee is non-refundable.

User Terms / Data Sharing

You explicitly authorise and consent flipaload.com a trading name of GenX Enterprises Ltd to share your account contact details with the successful bidder / job / load poster that you accepted.

If you create a Transport Provider, Owner Driver, Freight Forwarder, Retailer or Customer Account; you explicitly authorise and consent data shairng between flipaload.com and its parent company, but also any additional company / organisation affiliated with or trading as a trading name of GenX Enterprises Ltd

Transport providers, moving companies, freight forwarders, self employed vehicle owners etc can register and create accounts on our Website platform, which will enable them to submit bids on a Website user's published job / load specifications.

Some business transport providers such as freight forwarders, etc may also post / publish there own jobs / loads

We are not the job specification facilitator - another words we are not the entity carrying out the transportation services, nor are we an employer of.

If you post a job / load and you accept a bid and the bidder re-confirms the bid, both parties (you and the job bidder) will receive each other's contact details.

It is the responsibility of both parties to arrange payment. flipaload.com or indeed GenX Enterprises Ltd is not responsible for anything other than providing the ability for Website users to post / publish and accept jobs

Before being able to post / publish a job / load or indeed accept a job / load on our platform; you will be required to accept our Terms and Conditions before account creation.

Conduct Conditions

You acknowledge, accept and confirm that should flipaload.com a trading name of GenX Enterprises Ltd consider any Website user / Platform users conduct has the potential to inflict reputational damage; flipaload.com, a trading name of GenX Enterprises, reserves the right to immediately suspend accounts indefinitely, without forewarning, warning, communication or explanation, across all of our Online Platforms
