    All of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you upon signing up and agreeing explicitly to our Website referral service terms and conditions.

    Data Usage
    1. We collect the connecting IP Address (IP Address), the Email address supplied (Email address) , Mobile Number (Mobile number) and we log from where and the exact time that the account creator accepts our Terms and Conditions.

    2. Email Address (Email address) and Mobile numbers (Mobile number) are also collected to ensure that One Time account login passwords can be sent to the account holder to ensure successful login and to verify control of the Mailbox / Mobile device of the account holder.

    3. Partial postcodes (Partial Postcode) that you submit, are processed when you post a job which requires transport providers to know the pickup location and dropoff location in order to provide a bid on the job.

    4. When Businesses sign up and post jobs on the platform they may voluntarily provide their Business Name (Business Name); this again will be shared between the job poster and bid winner so each may contact another to fulfil the job requirements

    How we store your personal information
  • Your information is securely stored in an encrypted database, situated in a data center in London GB
  • We keep personal account information such as email address, mobile number and IP address until such a time that you wish to close your account.
  • We keep Job specific information (Partial Postcode) for a period of 1 year only and then we automatically delete the data from our systems and all backup systems.
